Mr. Buongiorno has dedicated his entire legal career of 30 years to representing injured workers. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from William Paterson University in New Jersey in 1979 and a Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1989. Mr. Buongiorno possesses the following licenses:
Licensed to practice law in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of California, the Central District Court of Appeals, and the Workers Compensation Appeals Board.

Having been born and raised in New Jersey, Mr. Buongiorno is an avid New York Jets, Rutgers Football and New York Yankees fan. Having a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music, he enjoys listening to all musical genres.
Mr. Rodriguez earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Northridge and a Juris Doctorate degree from Trinity Law School. He has over 10 years experience from his early years as a law clerk to attorney advocating for injured workers. Mr. Rodriguez brings a unique perspective to every case. He firmly believes that no two cases are the same and tailors his work on each case to conform to the individual needs of the client. Bilingual in Spanish and English, he has the ability to communicate with his clients in their own language resulting in a comfortable working relationship. Mr. Rodriguez is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
